1)  Build the house in a location with low to zero pollution, emf, and vegetation that you are sensitive to.

6)  Mechanical ventilation that expels air out and pulls fresh air in is recommended.  It comes with an on-off switch so it can be turned off when outside air is bad.  Air is not enough if it does not remove every chemical your house may have in it  and filter it or does not replace the oxygen.
